Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RunnieResume service ("Service") operated by Abdullah Şamil Güser ("I," "me," or "my"). By accessing or using RunnieResume, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RunnieResume, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RunnieResume is a service that helps users tailor their resumes to specific job descriptions using artificial intelligence technology. The Service includes:

• Resume profile creation and management
• Job link ingestion and analysis
• AI-powered resume tailoring
• Version history and tracking
• Download and export capabilities

3. User Account and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful conduct
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service's technology
• Upload content that is false, misleading, or misrepresents your identity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Pricing and Payment

RunnieResume will offer:

• Free Tier: 3 free resume tailoring requests per user
• Subscription Plans: Monthly or weekly pricing (to be determined)

Payment terms and refund policies will be clearly communicated when the service launches. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including your resume information. By using the Service, you grant me a limited license to process and modify your content solely for the purpose of providing the tailoring service.

Service Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by me and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to me. Please review the Privacy Policy, which explains how I collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service.

8. Service Modifications and Termination

I reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice
• Terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
• Update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Tailored resumes will result in job offers or interviews
• The AI-generated content will be perfect or suitable for all situations
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or employment opportunities
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Damages resulting from use of tailored resumes

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate courts in Turkey.

12. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. I will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and me regarding the use of the Service.
