Service Providers

• OpenAI: Resume content is processed to generate tailored versions. Before any request is sent, we replace names, contact details, and similar identifiers with temporary placeholders that are restored only after the response is received.
• n8n: For email processing and workflow automation
• Netlify and Supabase: For hosting, secure background processing, and encrypted data storage

I may disclose your information if required by law or if I believe such disclosure is necessary to:

4. Data Security

I implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes server-side personal data scrubbing before external processing, encryption at rest via Supabase, and secure credential management. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Automated PII Scrubbing

Whenever your resume or job description is processed by third-party AI providers, direct identifiers (such as your name, email, phone number, and LinkedIn URL) are automatically replaced with deterministic placeholders. The original values are re-inserted only after processing completes, ensuring that external providers do not store your raw contact information.

5. Data Retention

I retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide the service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal information
• Correct: Update or correct inaccurate information
• Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
• Export: Receive your data in a portable format
